[Traduc] Bug#343465: 'install -s -d foo' error message French translation is misleading.

Hi people. Thanks for report.

Is it an error or a warning? For me it looks like a warning.
I rather see the translation like this:
"install: l'option strip pourrait ne pas être appliquée lors de 
l'installation d'un répertoire"

Suppose i change the 'po' file, do i have to change all versions 'po' files?
