Ah.  When the team leader does not answer your mails, you may write 
to the TP coordinators directly.  Lilypond is assigned to you now.  
(Don't be discouraged if the robot rejects your file at first: it 
is very picky about how the file header is filled in.  Just correct 
the header and send the file again.)

Lilypond is a very specialistic program, so other translators are 
probably not able to judge the translations much.  Also, in the 
past nine months the French team has made just three uploads, so
it seems most of them have lost interest.  :|
